Before investing in a City, we start by walking the streets, talking with shop owners, and meeting with local community leaders—all, to gain a deeper understanding of the community fabric. If we see an opportunity to make a positive impact, to improve quality of life through The Collective, we start to build an ecosystem. This includes meeting with local businesses to understand what the community has to offer, and learning from residents on how we can facilitate connections. 

We build empathy to take action, and action includes facilitating events, partnerships and connections. 

We curate resident events that highlight community businesses and talents. We create partnerships with a variety of organizations that allow us to offer reciprocal benefits to members of The Collective. And finally, we use social media as a unifying communication tool, so that the entire community can stay plugged into all of our programming.
